These services include factory inspection visits, QC review with factory managers, coordination with the client for logistics, further development and/or design changes, sourcing parts/components, and reviewing the product’s progress to maintain it as its components, tooled parts, and other elements requiring refinement and/or changes to meet industry or retail needs, regulatory compliance requirements, even developing Customer Service plans to include handling defective returns and hardware issues.
